Dana Caspersen & MichaelDouglas Kollektiv

Choreographic Thinking in the Creation of Participatory Events

This interactive workshop offers a glimpse into Dana Caspersen’s work integrating practices from conflict resolution and choreography. Participants will engage with Caspersen and the members of the MichaelDouglas Kollektiv as they begin their second collaboration. The work will include examining the practices of dance thinkers and how the artistic technologies these practitioners employ might be used to create new methods of communication, reflection and exchange. No physical skill necessary, just a curiosity about what choreography and performance might also be.
